Tier Rankings #23 – Pixar films

There have been many significant evolutions in the span of animated film, but none more responsible with as much consistent long term success as Pixar Studios. Throughout 23 films to date, as well as a collection of memorable characters who could fill their own university, Pixar challenges the mold that is kid friendly films, doing so while tackling complexities and emotions that makes them appealing to any age group. We all have a favorite, so what are yours?

  1. Ever since I posted my rankings, I’ve been dying to see yours. What I love about Pixar is that they have such a diverse history of movies. Some of them are aimed a bit more at kids like the Cars trilogy or A Bug’s Life while others I would argue are aimed more at adults like Inside Out and Soul. This means that everyone is probably going to have a different favorite Pixar film which is awesome cause it shows that each film connected with every person in a different way. They were the pioneers of 3D animation, and I can’t wait to see where they go next. Let’s all agree though that they can NEVER go lower then Cars 2 ever again. Fantastic ranking!
